Charlotte County Communications revealed the winners who have the honor of gracing the 2026 Live, Work & Play in Charlotte County calendar. Overcoming a pool of more than 170 submissions, twelve photographers emerged victorious with their snapshots of the county's essence.
"Congratulations to all the winners and thank you to everyone who submitted photos to the contest," Brian Gleason, Charlotte County Communications Director expressed in a statement brimming with local pride. The winning photographers, namely, Brighid Nolan, Sue Killion, Susan Hoffman, Ryllie Snode, Mary Rodriguez, Kayla Lewis, Justin Stewart, Shirley Sylvia, Scott Sierra, Gadelha Francisco, Kinga Cook, and Rosemary Richards, can look forward to having their work showcased in households and offices around the county, with calendars to be mailed directly to each victor.
Charlotte County residents or those passing through can pick up a complimentary copy of this calendar—splashed with local artistry—at various county facilities, including the Charlotte County Administration Center and the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce, among others. The distribution points are strategically located throughout the county, ensuring the calendar is within easy reach for the community.
