Deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a theft at a Walmart on Northwest Freeway, where Julio Martinez fled in a vehicle and caused collisions with two other cars during a pursuit. Narcotics were also found in his possession, increasing the severity of his charges, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Julio Martinez was arrested and transported to the Harris County Jail where he was booked for Evading with a Motor Vehicle, Fail to Stop and Render Aid, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $40,000.00 out of the 496th District Court," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. The arrest concluded the chase and ensured Martinez faces multiple criminal charges.
