Maui's event world just got a local upgrade. MC&A has opened a new event rental warehouse in Wailuku and rolled out an online catalog aimed at Maui wedding planners, corporate organizers and residents. The added inventory of chairs, linens, tables, lighting and specialty furnishings now sits much closer to island clients, cutting down on lead times for everything from backyard parties to big corporate galas.
According to Maui Now, MC&A Event Rentals' Maui warehouse is located at 300 Pakana St. in Wailuku and carries a curated selection that customers can choose from. Maui Now reports that the new division is led by event rental sales manager Bobbilyn Jones, who is set to oversee orders and service for the island.
Per MC&A, the company has produced corporate events, community programs and destination experiences across the Hawaiian Islands for roughly four decades. The firm also notes it became a wholly owned subsidiary of the JTB Americas Group in 2017 and has expanded operations to the U.S. mainland in recent years.
Warehouse Capacity And Local Impact
Business View Magazine has previously reported that MC&A leases substantial warehouse space on Maui, including production and carpentry capabilities, giving the company room to stage and customize décor locally. That local footprint could translate into lower freight costs and quicker turnaround times for Maui planners who used to depend more heavily on mainland shipments or limited on-island inventories.

The full rental inventory, complete with photos and online ordering, is listed on MC&A Event Rentals, according to MC&A Event Rentals. Maui Now adds that customers can browse styles and price points, then place orders for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations.
According to MC&A, the Maui arm will support weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate gatherings and holiday events while offering planner support from design through logistics. Local planners and residents can request quotes or check availability through the online catalog and MC&A's customer service team on Maui.
