This potential new slice of Medford life finds itself south of Coal Mine Road and just a stone's throw east of North Phoenix Road.

The city has stated that traffic impact and other factors are still under review. According to Medford’s municipal website, city officials note that several considerations, including traffic impacts, could lead to modifications in the final project plan. Officials continue to evaluate how the proposed Haya Park development may affect local roads and transportation patterns as part of the ongoing review process.

Approval marks the initial step in the project’s process, pending the two-week appeal period. Developers will have two years to begin construction, with the option of a one-year extension if needed. The upcoming meeting will outline the next stages of the housing development and provide an opportunity for residents to participate in public discussions as the city considers how the project aligns with Medford’s existing infrastructure.
