Corp. Mohamed Hacham, a senior police officer, sprang into action, discerning that the woman couldn't wait any longer for the fire rescue. According to CBS News Detroit, the scenario transformed not only into a medical emergency but also a family affair as Hacham was guided through the delivery process by his brother, the 911 dispatcher.
