Clarke was last seen on November 12, 2025, at 12:00 am, on the 66xx block of Souder Street. The police had earlier sought the public's assistance in finding the young individual who is described as having brown eyes and short, cropped brown hair, standing 5'9" and weighing 140 pounds.
Before he was found, the public was informed of Clarke's habitual wardrobe: he was known to wear a gray hooded sweatshirt, a white t-shirt underneath, grey Asics sneakers, and black sweatpants with a skull design. Clarke notably frequents the areas of 22nd/Lehigh Avenue and 22nd/Lamber Streets, according to the Philadelphia Police Department's news bulletin.
The Philadelphia Police Department extended its gratitude to those who contributed to Clarke's safe return and emphasized the importance of community vigilance in cases involving missing juveniles.
