Francis Steele, 47, was convicted of multiple charges involving sexual assaults of a child under the age of 10 and producing child pornography. The disturbing revelation was accompanied by an announcement that Steele now faces a future of multiple life sentences.
As per an official social media post from the District Attorney's office, Modesto Police Department detectives were instrumental in bringing this case to light. Acting on a tip regarding Steele's inappropriate conduct, investigators uncovered evidence that ultimately led to his arrest.
