On Tuesday morning, a motorcyclist died in a crash on Deer Creek Road (SR 158) near Mt. Charleston, north of Kyle Canyon Road. The Nevada State Police Highway Patrol reported that only one motorcycle was involved. The adult male rider was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing, as reported by News 3 LV.
According to FOX5 Vegas, the crash happened on State Route 158, north of mile marker 7, between Kyle Canyon Road and Lee Canyon Road. The reason the motorcyclist lost control is still under investigation. All northbound and southbound lanes were closed while emergency crews and investigators worked at the scene.
