The City of North Las Vegas reports that several community food pantries are available to help residents in need. While temporary city-run distribution sites closed on November 14, organizations like Three Square and The Just One Project continue to provide assistance.
Food banks such as Calvary Downtown Outreach (serving zip codes 89030, 89031, 89101, and more) and Restoration and Recovery Foundation (open Tuesdays and Fridays) require adults to show a Nevada ID and children to show a birth certificate or school ID.
Other locations, including James Boys & Girls Clubs and New Beginning Ministries, also offer food support with set hours to accommodate families. Vegas View Community Food Bank provides walk-up service on Wednesdays and drive-up service on Saturdays, while Helping Hands of Vegas Valley operates Monday through Wednesday. All sites require valid identification and proof of residency.
For more details on locations, hours, and eligibility, residents can visit the City of North Las Vegas website.
