
Bexar County deputies are urgently searching for 16-year-old Amber Collier, who was reported missing from the north side of San Antonio early Monday. Family members told authorities she was last seen around 2 a.m. near the 28300 block of Verde Mountain Trail and that no one has heard from her since, according to KENS5.
Collier is described as about 5 feet 1 inch tall and roughly 110 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair that was recently dyed green. She was last seen wearing a white shirt with a black pattern and black jeans. Deputies say she did not have a cell phone or a vehicle with her when she left. Authorities are urging anyone with information to call the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office at (210) 335-6000 or contact the BCSO Missing Persons Unit. This is not the first time Collier’s disappearance has drawn attention. She was reported missing in May as a 15-year-old and was later located, according to KSAT. That earlier report stated she had last been seen leaving her grandparents’ home near Timberwood Park before being found.
