On the digital bulletin board, Ohio Department of Transportation District 12 Cleveland left no room for confusion: "When winter weather hits, these are the routes our plow drivers maintain. Local roads, including U.S. and State Routes within municipalities, are maintained by city/county forces." This clear delineation aims to ensure that the public knows who to call when they're facing a snowdrift dilemma.
