
Tragedy struck Baltimore's Federal Hill neighborhood last night as one man died and another was wounded in a shooting that took place near the bustling Cross Street Market area, an incident that has sent ripples of concern through the community. According to CBS News, police responded to reports of gunfire on the 1100 block of Marshall Street shortly before 10 p.m., where they discovered two men, aged 37 and 35, with gunshot wounds.
Both victims were swiftly transported to the hospital, where, unfortunately, the 37-year-old succumbed to his injuries. At the same time, the current state of the 35-year-old remains undisclosed. As police have not released identities at this juncture of the investigation, there have been no arrests, and the motive for the shooting.
