In the early hours of Sunday, an eruption of violence shattered the night at a Korean restaurant in Elk Grove, resulting in one fatality and three injuries. The Elk Grove Police Department disclosed that the incident unrolled at Z Town - Asian Gastro Bar, located on Calvine Road near Elk Grove Florin Road, around 1:30 a.m. A post from the Elk Grove Police Department's Facebook page indicated first responders found four people shot; one died at the scene while others were rushed to local hospitals.
The Elk Grove Police Department reported that upon officers' arrival, three victims presented with gunshot wounds, discovered inside the Z Town Pub and Bar. One of them, a man, succumbed to his injuries there, whereas the two others received urgent medical attention at nearby facilities. KCRA reported that the fourth person, injured during the same incident, independently sought treatment at a hospital.
