On the limb shot, the same dark canvas drew another scene in West Englewood, where a 37-year-old man inside a car was attacked by two bicyclists, according to information provided by the Chicago Police Department. The assailants fired shots, hitting the victim in the left arm around 12:48 a.m. at the 6500 block of South Oakley Avenue.
