Calling all local trades and small business owners seeking new opportunities in construction and renovation. Holt Brothers Construction, in collaboration with Durham County Government, is set to hold an outreach and information session for the Project BUILD. The event will take place at the Shoppes of Hope Valley, 3825 S. Roxboro Street, Suite 122, on November 20 at 3:30 p.m.
The renovation will transform a once-bustling retail space into an office, with a new layout spanning approximately 4,900 square feet. Planned features for the space include a mix of private office areas, cubicles, a conference room, and a break area, among other necessary support spaces. This brings a unique opportunity to the local business community, providing a chance to be involved in the remodeling of a neighborhood space.
During the session, trade partners will be able to get an in-depth look at the project scope, understand the various bid packages available, and learn how to become pre-qualified for bidding.
