
A man was found fatally shot in a parking lot at 9520 Homestead Road around 4 p.m. Sunday, according to officials. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. Witnesses said the gunfire followed a verbal dispute, according to a statement from the Houston Police Department. Michon said patrol officers located a male with at least one gunshot wound in the parking lot and that first responders pronounced him deceased.
