Later in the day, temperatures are forecast to reach a high of about 62 degrees, with winds possibly gusting up to 30 mph. The National Weather Service has also noted an elevated fire risk due to low humidity and dry winds, advising residents to avoid outdoor burning as fires could spread quickly under these conditions.
