The showers should bring new precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Tonight, the showers are predicted to persist, mainly between 11 pm and 1 am, as the temperature dips to around 47°F. A calm transition in wind is expected to become northwest at 5 to 10 mph after midnight, with the likelihood of rain sticking at 60%. These conditions suggest, a continuation of the light showers with minimal accumulation.
As the week progresses, the NWS Philadelphia outlook notes that tomorrow will feature mostly cloudy skies and a high temperature near 53°F, paired with a northwest wind blowing at 5 to 10 mph. The evening will cool down significantly, with temperatures expected to drop to around 30°F and northwest winds chilling at around 10 mph, potentially gusting up to 20 mph.
On Veterans Day, the forecast is more promising for outdoor activities with mostly sunny conditions despite a high only near 44°F. Brisk conditions are anticipated, with a westerly wind reaching speeds of 15 to 20 mph, accompanied by gusts that could soar as high as 35 mph. As per the detailed forecast, the rest of the week looks to be partly cloudy with temperature lows each night oscillating between the mid-30s and low 40s. Daytime highs from Wednesday through Saturday are expected to remain consistent, hovering in the low 50s.
