The 17-year-old was last spotted on the 500 block of Gilham Street last Saturday, as stated in a recent notice posted by the Philadelphia Police Department.
Described as being approximately 5'3" tall and weighing around 130 lbs, Porter's distinctive clothing on the day of her disappearance included a long brown jacket, a brown sweater adorned with sunflowers, and a black skirt. In an effort to help identify her, the public is urged to come forward with any relevant information.
