According to the Philadelphia Police Department’s official website, the suspect is described as a Black male between 16 and 18 years old. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded jacket, navy blue sweatpants, black sneakers, and carrying a black Under Armour backpack. A video of the suspect has been released on the Philadelphia Police Department’s YouTube channel.

Philadelphia Police Department urge the public not to approach the suspect but to call 911 if he is seen. Information can also be provided by calling the tip line at 215-686-TIPS (8477) or through an anonymous online form.
