The Phoenix Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for 57-year-old Joseph “Joe” Karlos Guaragna, who went missing earlier this week. According to police, he was last seen around 5:00 p.m. on Monday near 31st Drive and Butler Avenue in Phoenix. The alert notes that Joe has a medical condition that makes him vulnerable, as per Arizona Department of Public Safety website.
Joe is described as a white male, about six feet tall, weighing 160 pounds, with a bald head, grey facial hair, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, red shorts, and grey sweatpants. Police said he may appear confused or disoriented and are asking the public to watch for anyone matching his description.
