A 26-year-old man was attempting to park his car when another individual, driving a black GMC Terrain, blocked him and an argument ensued, during the dispute the aggressor produced a sharp object, believed to have used it to slash the victim's neck, then fled the scene; investigators are currently seeking information about the assailant. The suspect was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, a white t-shirt, gray sweatpants, and white sneakers.
