As per unofficial election results, the inclusion of the City of Reno into the emergency services district was backed decisively, signaling a united front in prioritizing local safety measures.
According to an announcement on Parker County ESD’s Facebook page, their efforts to protect life and property will now extend to the community of Reno. "Parker County ESD No. 1 remains committed to delivering capable and effective protection of life and property throughout the communities we serve," Fire Chief Stephen Watson was quoted in the press release.
