During a routine traffic stop on Atascocita Road, a deputy assigned to Constable Mark Herman's Office encountered an individual found to be on the wrong side of the law once again, last Wednesday, according to a Facebook post by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.

The driver, identified as Jonathan Guardado, was discovered carrying marijuana and a prohibited weapon, this discovery leading to more than just a traffic citation due to Guardado's prior entanglements with the justice system, specifically, his ongoing probation for previous felony convictions, the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported.

Following the investigation, the Harris County officials slapped new charges on Guardado, "Jonathan Guardado was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with felony possession of a prohibited weapon," as stated Harris County Constable Precinct 4, with his bond being fixed at a curiously low $100.00 as per the direction out of County Court 3.

The precinct has launched a new mobile app called “C4 NOW” to keep residents updated on local crime and safety news. To stay informed about the latest updates and announcements from the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, the public is encouraged to follow their official Facebook page or use the new app.
