
The Rolesville Police Department has a new reason to celebrate as one of their own, Sergeant S. Kooiker, has successfully completed the prestigious NC Justice Academy Leadership Institute. The program, renowned for its intense 120-hour curriculum, is designed to challenge law enforcement officials, providing them with robust leadership skills that empower them to more effectively guide and motivate their subordinates.
Last week marked the culmination of Sergeant Kooiker's dedication to professional growth, as reported by the official Rolesville Police Department social media page. The department shared the news with obvious pride, stating that "Last Friday Sergeant S. Kooiker completed his final week of the NC Justice Academy Leadership Institute." The rigorous program aims to not only teach but also to instill a sense to consistently pursue improvement and to lead by example within law enforcement circles.
