
The National Weather Service in Sacramento forecasts mostly cloudy skies for Veterans Day, with a high near 73 degrees and calm winds turning south at 5 mph after midnight as temperatures drop to around 55 degrees. On Wednesday, there’s a 30 percent chance of showers after 4 p.m., with highs near 69 degrees and light south winds around 6 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
By Wednesday night, conditions worsen as "Showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 4am. Low around 58," the National Weather Service reported, with winds gusting up to 28 mph. On Thursday, there’s a 90 percent chance of rain and possible thunderstorms, cooler highs near 62 degrees, and continued gusty south-southwest winds before easing to a 50 percent chance of rain Thursday night with a low around 47 degrees.
On Friday, there will be a 30 percent chance of showers and partly sunny skies, with a high near 59 degrees, followed by partly cloudy skies at night and a low around 45 degrees. On Saturday, it is expected to be “Sunny, with a high near 61,” with mostly clear skies Saturday night and a low around 47 degrees. On Sunday, there is a slight chance of showers with partly sunny conditions and a high near 60 degrees, with showers continuing into the night and a low around 48 degrees. The same pattern could continue into Monday, with similar temperatures and a slight chance of showers, as stated by the National Weather Service.
