Brown stands as a testament to the seasoned law enforcement professionals serving our community. According to the department's Facebook post, Brown's responsibilities span supervising the daily operations of the Adam Team to conducting shift briefings to recount and prepare for the city's safety needs.
His tenure in law enforcement is only half the story; Sgt. Brown also brings with him a significant military background with a combined 21 years of service in the Marine Corps and the Army. His words, shared in the social media post, reflect a dedication to community and a sobering appreciation for the officers' well-being, stating, "A notable aspect of my job is when we’re able to work diligently and collaboratively to ensure that justice is served for our residents and their families. Another aspect comes at the end of the shift, when I see officers going home safely to their families and love ones."
