The incident occurred in the area of the 300 block of Cloverdale Heights Way around late yesterday afternoon. In a social media post, detectives identified the suspect as 56-year-old Lawrence Cassidy, a resident of the community.
Officials described Cassidy as armed and dangerous, emphasizing the urgency for public awareness. In their warning, posted on the official Facebook page of the Sonoma Sheriff, law enforcement urges anyone who might come across Cassidy or has information regarding his whereabouts to call 9-1-1 immediately.
