Yesterday, members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) arrested Javier Montgomery, a Northeast D.C. resident. Montgomery, who is about a year older than Jermaine Durbin, has been charged with First Degree Murder While Armed-Felony Murder, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. The arrest was made under a warrant issued by DC Superior Court, and Montgomery was taken to the Homicide Branch.
