Deputy Arguello with the Constable Mark Herman’s Office of Harris County Precinct 4 responded last night to a collision in the 13100 block of Louetta Road. A driver was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) on suspicion of operating a vehicle under the influence.
