Tiffany Barganskie and Justin Duenas, the latter a convicted felon, are accused of burglarizing an AT&T communications building. Law enforcement acted quickly and arrested both suspects soon after the crime. Deputies saw Duenas trying to leave the scene and running toward a white car, where a woman was waiting for him. Reflecting on the severity of this crime, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 disclosed, "Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Felony Theft."
