A rescue operation at the Texas City Dike on Sunday ended in tragedy when a juvenile, caught in turbulent waters, was pronounced dead following an afternoon incident that also left several first responders injured. ABC13 highlighted the injuries sustained by the first responders, noting that two firefighters were discharged from the hospital, while the other four continued to be monitored for their injuries.
