Two juvenile suspects have been arrested in connection with a shooting that left two people injured in Napa earlier this month. The shooting, which took place last Sunday, occurred on the 700 block of Greenbach Street around 5:25 PM, according to a recent press release from the Napa Police Department.
Responding patrol units discovered evidence of the shooting at the scene, and around the same timeframe, two victims with gunshot wounds, one adult male and one juvenile male, arrived at a local hospital. Their injuries were serious but deemed non-life-threatening. The Napa Police Department's Special Enforcement Unit spearheaded the investigation, leading to the apprehension of the two juvenile suspects last Friday.
In efforts to collect solid leads and make the arrests, the Special Enforcement Unit relied on "diligent investigative work and strong community collaboration," as detailed by the Napa Police Department. The two suspects have since been booked into Napa County Juvenile Hall. Due to their juvenile status, their identities are not disclosed to the public.
