According to the NBC Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Fire Department received the call at 4:08 a.m. and was dispatched to 1774 E. 21st St. The two individuals were successfully extricated from the wreckage by firefighters and were subsequently taken to the hospital in unknown conditions.
