Unleashed Brands is packing up its Bedford headquarters and heading to Las Colinas, where it’s taking roughly 50,000 square feet near Lake Carolyn and building out space for nearly 300 employees. The company says the new home base will pull its multi-brand operations and training under one roof, with the relocation slated to wrap by the end of 2026 as teams and franchise support functions consolidate.
In a press release via PR Newswire, Unleashed Brands said it signed a lease for about 50,000 square feet at 600 E Las Colinas Blvd and that the space will include a “state-of-the-art training center” for franchisees. The footprint is designed to support the platform’s growth while accommodating “nearly 300 employees” in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
The Building And Its Spot In Las Colinas
The headquarters will land in the 600 E Las Colinas tower, a Class A high-rise overlooking Lake Carolyn with renovated lobbies, conference facilities, and a multi-level parking garage, according to commercial listings for the property. The location puts Unleashed Brands close to DFW Airport and major transit links—handy for franchise training and gatherings. LoopNet provides leasing details and an overview of the tower’s amenities.
Timeline And 'Project Compass'
The move is part of “Project Compass,” Unleashed Brands’ return-to-office effort aimed at reuniting remote roles inside a single DFW hub to boost collaboration. In a press release via PR Newswire, COO Josh Wall said, “Bringing our team together in one location will make us a more agile, more connected, and more collaborative team.” The company expects the transition to conclude by the end of 2026.
What This Means For Irving
The Business Journals first reported the lease and relocation, noting the deal will add hundreds of employees and a sizable office commitment to the Las Colinas market. The outlet framed it as a notable boost to Irving’s office pipeline and local employment base.
