The swift grip of justice has secured a four-year sentence for one Kevin Bing, a 31-year-old man from Washington D.C., following his involvement in the mid-March burglary of a local 7-Eleven. The official announcement came from the desk of U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, who noted Bing's guilty plea to a count of second-degree burglary on August 12th of this year. Honorable Judge Jennifer Di Toro delivered the sentence on October 15th, ensuring Bing's confinement is followed by a stint of three years under supervised release, the U.S. Attorney's Office reported.
During the fateful incident on March 19th, Bing, along with three accomplices still at large, broke into the 7-Eleven located on 3rd Street Northeast by prying open the front door. Their tools of choice were a prybar and a hydraulic prying device, which they subsequently used to access an ATM inside the store, fleeing with stolen cash and an employee's cell phone. The arrest occurred a mere day after the incident, with Bing held in custody since, according to court evidence.
