In a heartwarming blend of community service and animal welfare, the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department has teamed up once again with HAWS of Waukesha for their annual project that's now open for pre-orders. The 2026 HAWS–Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department Collaborative Calendar, which has become a tradition since its inception five years ago, is set to feature a host of adorable, adoptable pets alongside the county's finest protectors.
The successful partnership emerged from a shared goal: to help animals in need find loving homes. Not only does this calendar serve as a reminder of the passing days, but it also stands as a beacon of hope for many four-legged friends waiting for their forever families. The upcoming edition, as the Sheriff's Department's post announced, will showcase a range of participants, including "Waukesha County Deputies, Correctional Officers, Administrative Staff, and Waukesha County Communication Dispatchers" along with "HAWS Alumni, Education Animals, and Adoptable Pets."
Prospective buyers can secure their copy through a pre-order link provided by the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department. The calendars are expected to arrive between mid to late November, and notifications will be sent out informing buyers of shipping details or pickup availability. As the holiday season approaches, this calendar not only marks time but serves as a unique gift that supports a cause close to many hearts.
Residents of Waukesha County have participated in a community initiative that combines civic engagement with animal care. Organizers report that pre-orders are now available, and those who order can expect delivery or pickup in the coming weeks.
