
The Wright County Sheriff’s Office has released its arrest report for the period ending November 10, 2025, with a flurry of charges ranging from domestic assault to controlled substance offenses. The report details various incidents that led to the apprehension of several individuals throughout the county.
Among those arrested was Cheyenne Rose Blake, age 30, of Montrose, apprehended in Franklin Township on November 3rd on allegations of violating a Domestic Abuse Order for Protection. In a series of coordinated responses to concerning behaviors, authorities were also led to arrest Matt Joseph Fadden, 45, of Buffalo, on a charge of 2nd Degree Assault, an action caught within the mechanisms of law that continue to turn in spite of all odds.
Noteworthy in the extensive list, Julie Marie Ford from Rockford found herself in the custody of law enforcement, facing multiple Wright County warrants for charges that included Obstructing Legal Process and Domestic Assault, to briefly to list. Meanwhile, in a tale of inter-county jurisdictional cooperation, Joshua Paul Marty-Neal, 33, was arrested in McLeod County on a Wright County warrant tied specifically to a 5th Degree Controlled Substance charge.
Over the course of several days, the report highlighted arrests that painted a portrait of a community grappling with substance abuse and domestic tumult. Shawn Jule Palm, 31, from Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, and Zachary Joseph Salem, 30, faced his own reckoning in Polk County with DWI charges. As days unfolded to unveil the myriad offenses of our community, nights were to become long for the likes of James William Barnett, Rozetta Samone Clarke, and many others named in the roster of those who departed from the course of law.
Reflecting a week of law enforcement vigilance, the report concluded with statistics pointing to 29 Property Damage Accidents, 5 Personal Injury Accidents, a duo of Hit and Run Accidents, along with 20 Car Deer Accidents, marking the unwavering commitment of the Wright County Sheriff's Office. It further detailed there were arrests corresponding to number 12 DWI, further not recording any for Underage Consumption but underlining 9 School Bus Stop Arm Violations, and compiling a total of 157 tickets for assorted traffic violations during this week, according to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
