An 18-year-old woman was fatally shot last Saturday night at an apartment complex in Lancaster, South Carolina, authorities report. The Lancaster Police Department responded around 11:30 p.m. to Palmetto Place Apartments on Pardue Street, where officers found a woman unresponsive with a gunshot wound.
