The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled several products sold on Amazon due to safety issues. About 210,000 INIU portable power banks were recalled because of fire and burn risks. There have been 15 reports of overheating and 11 fires, causing minor burns and over $380,000 in property damage, as detailed by Fox Business.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announcement, according to CBS News Sacramento, listed specific serial numbers of the INIU power bank model BI-B41. Consumers who purchased any of these items should "immediately" stop using them and check INIU’s recall webpage for registration details for a full refund. The affected power banks were sold on Amazon from August 2021 to April 2022, priced around $18.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled several products, including CreateOn Crayola pip-Cube magnetic building sets and KTEBO children's writing tablets, due to risks of "serious injury or death" from loose magnets and faulty battery compartments. About 9,400 Crayola sets and 10,380 KTEBO tablets sold online and in stores are affected, and consumers are advised to follow proper disposal procedures, especially for items containing lithium-ion batteries, as reported by Fox Business

HydroJug children's tumblers are also being recalled because of loose rivets on the handles, posing a choking hazard. The CPSC emphasized that "Consumers should immediately stop using" these 17,000 tumblers, and HydroJug is offering free replacement lids through their website or email.
