Delegates from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a tip about a stolen vehicle at an apartment complex on Inverness Forest Boulevard on Wednesday. Upon arrival, deputies located the vehicle, and its occupant, Frank Araguz, attempted to flee on foot before being detained, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Frank Araguz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft and Evading Arrest," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. His bond was set at $5,100.00, and he is scheduled to appear before the 487th District Court and County Court 10.
Araguz was arrested following a recent incident. According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, the public is advised to follow updates on local crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic accidents through Facebook, Instagram, and the "C4 NOW" mobile app.
