Described as standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds, Mayfield has brown eyes and black hair. According to Fox San Antonio, her last known attire included blue jeans, a white shirt, and a gray hat. Notably, she does not possess a cell phone, Bexar County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed.
