CAL FIRE Amador–El Dorado Unit and the Cameron Park Fire Department will host the Cameron Park Santa Parade from Friday to Sunday, starting at 5:00 p.m. each evening. According to CAL FIRE AEU, residents are encouraged to line the parade route as festively decorated vehicles spread holiday cheer throughout Cameron Park.
Families will have opportunities to take photos with Santa at designated stops along the route. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to CASA El Dorado. Donations can also be dropped off at Station 89 in Cameron Park for those unable to attend. Limited-edition T-shirts will be available at the photo locations.
CAL FIRE AEU says the parade is meant to bring the community together while supporting local causes. “We love this community event,” the CAL FIRE Amador-El Dorado Unit department said, encouraging residents to meet local firefighters, visit with Santa, and help spread holiday cheer by donating toys for CASA El Dorado.
