The series of meetings, set to unfold at various locations within the county, will cover planning, zoning, land use, and infrastructure-related discussions vital for the community's growth and wellbeing.
The agenda kicks off on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., with the Planning and Zoning Board meeting, which will convene at the Charlotte County Administration Center, located at 18500 Murdock Circle, Room 119, in Port Charlotte, according to the Charlotte County website. The following day, Tuesday, Dec. 9, at 9 a.m., will feature the County Commission Regular and Land Use Meeting in the same venue.
Wednesday, Dec. 10, is scheduled with back-to-back sessions starting at 9 a.m. when the Board of Zoning Appeals meets, followed by the Buena Vista Waterway MSBU Advisory Board at 10 a.m., which will take place at the Charlotte Harbor Event & Conference Center, 75 Taylor St., Punta Gorda. Later that day, the Greater Port Charlotte Street and Drainage MSBU Advisory Board will gather at 2 p.m. in the same location.
The Marine Advisory Committee is scheduled to meet on Thursday, Dec. 11, at 9:30 a.m., at the Charlotte County Administration Center, Room B106. Simultaneously, the Rotonda Sands Street & Drainage MSBU and the Rotonda West Street & Drainage MSBU Advisory Boards, will meet at the Mac V. Horton West County Annex, on 6868 San Casa Drive, Room 120, in Englewood. Later, at 1:30 p.m., the same day, the Rotonda Sands Street & Drainage MSBU Advisory Board will reconvene in the same location for further discussions.
