According to official information released by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Mr. Harris was last seen in the vicinity of the 8800 block of N Tryon Street in Charlotte Yesterday, around 3:30 p.m. There is a concern that he may be experiencing cognitive difficulties, rendering him potentially disoriented or confused.
Harris is described as a black male, with a date of birth on March 3, 1956, making him 69 years old. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches in height and weighs around 150 pounds. He has grey hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray tracksuit, white sneakers, and a black jacket. It is believed that he was on foot when he went missing.
