The initial stop took place on December 4 on the 1500 block of Arrowood Road, where officers discovered suspected illegal narcotics in the vehicle. The occupants implicated a man named Daniel Stout, 41, as the source of their purchase, leading to a deeper investigation. Stout is facing a litany of charges ranging from multiple levels of trafficking to the possession with the intent to sell or distribute various controlled substances.
