All proceeds from the mug sales will go to BackStoppers, an organization that provides support to the families of fallen first responders. The mugs are not available in stores and can be purchased with cash at the Chesterfield Police Station.
The department’s social media post includes a disclaimer noting that the decision to purchase a mug is based on the advertisement. The campaign provides an opportunity for the public to contribute to the charity during the holiday season.
