The City of Choctaw is excited to announce that quarterly blood drives will now be hosted at City Hall. Our Blood Institute, formerly the Oklahoma Blood Institute, has chosen City Hall as a permanent location to make donating more convenient and comfortable for donors, according to the City of Choctaw Facebook post.
This is a community event, and anyone who is eligible to donate blood is encouraged to participate. Residents are asked to help spread the word to family, friends, and neighbors to support this important cause, as reported by the City of Choctaw.
As a thank-you, all donors will receive a long-sleeve holiday T-shirt and a $15 grocery coupon. Donations are scheduled for Friday, December 19, from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Appointments can be made using the link provided, as per the City of Choctaw.
