The Choctaw Police Department has taken to social media to spotlight one of their recent additions to the day shift roster, Officer O'Daniel. Since beginning his tenure in May 2024, O'Daniel has been actively involved in various specialized units and continues to advance his academic credentials. The officer is pursuing his master's degree while already holding an associate degree in Network and Security Management and a bachelor's degree that merges Cybersecurity with Criminal Justice, as reported by the Choctaw Police Department.
An enthusiastic member of the Honor Guard and the Crash Fatality Unit, Officer O'Daniel also contributes as a certified First Aid and CPR instructor, and as a certified child car seat technician. According to a post from the Choctaw Police Department, his aim within the department is to continue growing and to aspire towards attaining a high rank eventually.
