Last week, members of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit visited a local resident, Ms. Johnson, to deliver a Thanksgiving basket. The basket included a variety of items to help prepare a holiday meal, providing support to the resident during the Thanksgiving season.
According to a Facebook post from the department, Ms. Johnson was "all smiles as she looked through the goodies and shared how excited she was to get her holiday feast on the table for her family," highlighting her positive response to the visit.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office said the visit was part of their ongoing efforts to engage with the community. By providing support and connecting directly with residents, the department aims to maintain relationships and offer assistance during the holiday season.
